I want you to love your new piece of jewelry. In case it wasn’t what you were expecting, please return your item unworn for a refund. Write down on the enclosed packing slip why you wish to return the item and mail it along with the jewelry. If you with to exchange and item, write on the packing slip the information of the new item and we will get it to you as soon as possible. All packages must be mailed prepaid and insured for us to accept them. For refunds, your credit card will be reimbursed within 7 days, not including shipping time.
